Covid-19 Policies and Procedures

Due to Covid-19, we have made some changes to our practice so that we may continue serving our community. At this time, all appointments are curbside drop-offs. No clients are allowed in the hospital at this time, with the only exception of euthanasias.

We thank all of our clients for their patience, understanding and flexibility during this challenging time. We are grateful to be operating with limited business hours and continue to provide excellent care for all your pets' needs during this pandemic.

Our office follows strict procedures and protocols to protect our staff and patients against COVID-19. To keep our staff, pets and clients safe, we are currently offering curbside service to adhere to social distancing protocols. We also follow strict disinfecting guidelines and wear masks at all times. We respect all of our clients, your safety and your health. We kindly ask all clients to wear face masks and to be mindful of social distancing while dropping off their pets and interacting with our staff. We ask that clients have their pets outside the car on the curb with their leash securely on to ensure the safety of your pet and our team.
